HL7/DICOM Integration
Our radiology support services have the integration
engineers that can work with your IT staff to make sure an efficient
and reliable digital connection is established between your
modalities, your RIS and the radii
infrastructure of Radisphere. This
makes order information, patient demographics, insurance codes and the
large image files from your modalities flow seamlessly with minimal
resources support. Additionally, when a study is reported and signed
off by Radisphere's Radiologist, the
results are immediately communicated to your systems so that referring
physicians have the results as soon as possible for patient follow-up.
Credentialing/Licensing
We support our own internal staff to get the right Radiologists
licensed in your state and credentialed for your relevant payer mix.
We know how to get this done quickly and with minimal impact on the
administrative staff of your institution.
Program Management
Once you decide on Radisphere as
your radiology professional services partner, our experienced team of
Program Managers works closely with your staff to run a quick and
thorough implementation at your facility. We understand that there can
be no interruption in these critical radiology services and we follow
a detailed planning checklist to assure that nothing falls through the
cracks during the custom deployment at your facility .
RT Support and Modality Protocol Development
Our in-house RT staff will work with your department administrator
and technologists to both customize and conform acquisition protocols
to get the best image data from the modalities you currently have or
that you invest in over time.
Client Service Representatives
We staff our world-class operations center 24 hours a day, seven
days a week and 365 days a year because we know you keep the same
hours. Our Client Service Representatives make sure that the orders,
images and reports keep flowing at committed turn around times and
with the exceptional clinical quality from our highly regarded staff
of specialized Radiologists.
QA-Peer Review
The goal of the Radisphere Quality
Program is to maintain a high level of quality across interpretations
delivered to our customers through consistent operational practices,
training and education, utilization of a standard lexicon, and
administration of a rigorous quality control and peer review process.
The purpose of the Peer Review program is to promote the quality of
interpretations within the organization by having a comprehensive
program to objectively measure quality and by providing direct
feedback to our Radiologists. Because the case volume received from
hospital clients is typically higher risk than a general patient
population, compliance targets are set accordingly, by physician. At
the discretion of the Peer Review Subcommittee the target review
percentages may be adjusted to ensure a more appropriate level of
oversight based on specific circumstances; for example, a newly hired
physician may be subject to more rigorous review.
Billing
Radisphere handles all of the
billing and collection responsibilities for the professional fees of
the studies we read.
Marketing Support
