Steve Kaminsky

Mr. Kaminsky is responsible for all strategic financial planning, merger and acquisition and accounting functions. He brings over 25 years of management and executive experience in the areas of corporate finance, accounting and general management in both public and private equity backed organizations.

In his various roles as a finance executive with companies like Westec Security, Rebis, OnDemand, Inc., ReefEdge, Inc., and most recently The Trizetto Group, he successfully provided strategic financial leadership in the areas of achieving profitability, capital structuring, mergers and acquisitions and revenue planning and management. Mr. Kaminsky has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois in Urbana, a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of California in Los Angeles and he is also a C.P.A.
